Are Footner products suitable for pregnant women, nursing mothers and diabetic patients?
As the skin of pregnant women and nursing mothers is more sensitive, we do not recommend using Footner products during this period. Footner products are not suitable for diabetic patients – we suggest to always consulting your general practitioner before trying new foot care products.
When can I see the result of the various Footner products?
Footner Exfoliating Socks: It may take five to seven days, depending on the skin texture before exfoliating process starts. People with very thin skin will see the result faster and people with more callus build up may see the result later. Footner Soft Foot Foam: This product is a moisturizer, therefore results can be seen and felt after first use. Footner Daily Repair Cream: Results can be seen within 3 days of first use. Footner Callus Eraser Pen: Results can be seen within 3 days of first use.
How long should I wear Footner Exfoliating Socks?
We advise to wear Footner Exfoliating Socks for 60 minutes. If possible, and for best results, soak the feet in warm water daily for 30 minutes for 4-5 days after the first application. This is optional and will accelerate the exfoliation
What happens during the exfoliation process?
During the exfoliation process, the dead layers of skin will become loose and fall off over time. This results in the shedding of the hard, dead skin on your feet. This can be compared to the peeling process of a snake, leaving behind its old, hard skin.
How quickly will I see results?

How long is the whole exfoliation process?
The most drastic exfoliation will be in the first few days when the dead skin cells start to peel off. Big pieces will come off. Then only small pieces will come off. Normally the whole process will take about 7 to 20 days.
How often should I use the Exfoliating Socks?
The Footner Exfoliating socks can be used whenever you want to shed your old skin. We recommend using Footner Exfoliating Socks once every 2-3 months to keep a pair of soft and smooth feet.
Will there be any consumers who continue to peel off for more than 30 days?
We have a few consumers expressing this effect. The reasons may be numerous. It may be because of over-soaking for a long time, say for more than two hours. It may also be due to the skin type.
What size is Footner Exfoliating Socks suitable?
There is one size available: Size: Max European size 48.
Can I use Footner Exfoliating Socks if I have cracked heels?
You can also use Footner Exfoliating Socks even though you have cracks on your heel. However, since the lotion is acidic, some people may find it irritating on the cracks. If you have very deep cracks, we do not suggest you using Footner Exfoliating Socks as you may not be able to resist irritation.
Can I use Footner Soft Foot Foam, Footner Daily Repair Cream and/or Footner Callus Eraser Pen immediately after using the Footner Exfoliating Socks?
Footner Soft Foot Foam and Footner Daily Repair Cream are total moisturizers that can be used immediately after the peeling process of Footner Exfoliating socks has come to an end. Do not use Callus Eraser Pen immediately after the exfoliating process has come to an end. We suggest waiting at least 3 days. These products contain Salycilic Acid, which may thin out skin if used immediately after exfoliating.
Can Footner Exfoliating Socks be used more than one time?
This is a one-time only application. Dispose of the exfoliating socks immediately after use.
Can people with sensitive skin use Footner Exfoliating Socks?
Footner Exfoliating Socks is not suitable for people with sensitive skin, especially people sensitive to the ingredient alcohol.
Is Footner Exfoliating Socks effective for corns and warts?
Footner Exfoliating Socks are not intended to be used on corns and warts. However, consumers will experience a softer skin around the corns. Some people can then peel off the corn without much effort and do not feel any pain.
What if I do not want all the skin on my feet to peal off?
Only dead skin will peel off. As a result, the exfoliation will be more drastic on the heel but not on the upper part of the feet. This is because there exists normally more dead skin on the heel. Only small pieces of the dead skin cell will peel off on the top. Remember there is dead skin on every part of our body as this is a natural skin turnover process. The intensity differs in different part of the feet. If you prefer for the top of your feet to not shed any dead skin, please apply Vaseline before using Footner Exfoliating Socks.
Can I go sun bathing after the exfoliating process?
The user can go on with their regular activities, like swimming etc. However, as the skin is very delicate for the first few days after the exfoliating process, do not expose feet to direct sunlight for at least one week after exfoliation. This is the same principle as after a sunburn. Skin may exfoliate after being sunburnt and you will try to avoid sun exposure of the delicate skin.
Will my feet be very sensitive after the exfoliating process? Can I do sports?
We do not experience any consumers expressing that their feet have become very sensitive. You can go on with your normal routine, like wearing high heel shoes. However, as the new skin has become delicate after the exfoliation, we do not recommend practicing intensive sport during the first few days. Be reminded that Callus forms due to pressure and friction of improperly fitted shoes.
